Application procedure
An applicant for exchange study stay have to send to Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava following materials:
1. Application form for Exchange Students
An applicant fills in application form of respective international programme or scholarship scheme.
If the international programme or scholarship scheme does not provide application form and in the case of the University Bilateral Agreement use this Application Form for Exchange Students.
2. Learning Agreement for Exchange Students
An applicant must fill in Learning Agreement of respective international programme or scholarship scheme.
If the international programme or scholarship scheme does not provide Learning Agreement and in the case of the University Bilateral Agreement use this Learning Agreement for Exchange Students.
To fill in Learning Agreement an applicant can select faculty, study programme and courses: Degree programmes and courses of the STU.
An applicant planning to write final thesis fills in the phrase "final thesis" and title or subject of the final work into the Learning Agreement and its part "course title".
3. Transcript of Records
An applicant must attach Transcript of Records of the whole previous study. Transcript of Records provides information on student's study specialisation details.
Application materials must be sent to the Vice-dean of the faculty of your choice.
Acceptance for exchange study
Application materials will be evaluated by the faculty of the STU which a student has chosen for the exchange study. After evaluation respective faculty will issue acceptation/rejection letter.
