Since June 2013 Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava issues graduation documents - Diploma, Certificate of the State Examination, Diploma Supplement - to all STU students after completion of their studies. These documents are issued in Slovak language in combination with English language automatically and free of charge. Documents are usually awarded at the Graduation Ceremony.
To the graduates who have completed their studies at STU by end of May 2013 and by that time hadn't required for documents in English language, those documents cannot be issued retrospectively on the basis of the Section 68 para. 5 of Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Universities and on the bases of the changes valid from 1st January 2013. If interested in obtain documents in a foreign language, graduates are recommended to contact official state translator. The current list of the authorized states translators provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic can be found HERE.

Delivery of documents
Upon applicant's request, issued document(s) of graduates, document(s) of completion of continuing education course(s) or Confirmation/Verification of educational data of a graduate shall be delivered to him/her by the Slovak Postal Service (Slovenská pošta). Pursuant to the current Rector's Directive on Tuition and fees associated with studies, STU shall charge the costs related to sending of the document(s). Costs (postage and package costs) shall be settled (together with the fee for issued document(s) - in case there is any fee to be paid) according to the payment instruction published at this webpage.
In accordance with the valid Personal Data Protection Law No. 122/2013 Coll. STU shall send document(s) only to its holder's own hands or to another person (officially authorized by a holder) by a Registered Delivery with a Proof of delivery.

Fees for issuing of the study and graduation documents are stipulated in the Rector's Directive valid for the current academic year.
