Description:
Laboratory of Mobile Working Machines is situated in area of Heavy Pavilion of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering STU Bratislava. One of the equipments of laboratory is stand for experimental measurement of loads of a loader working device of Locust L903 machine (Fig. 1). The equipment enables to provide static loading tests based on ISO 14 397-1 and ISO 14 397-2 standards. Loading of working device is realizes by hydraulic cylinders and aggregate producing pressure and flow rating similar to real machine (Fig. 2). Response of loading as deformation is measured by strain gauges and apparatus NI Daq. Gauges are cemented at locations of greatest stress concentration. Beside stress analysis the equipment enables verification of working device kinematics in case of optimisation tasks. Hydraulic aggregate is applicable as power unit of several tested units of mobile working machines (e.g. modules of power train of mobile working machines).
