Publishing House

The Publishing House of STU serves all constituents of Slovak Technical University. Although it was officially founded in 1993, editorial and publishing activities have been prospering there since 1948. The Publishing House focuses on publishing textbooks, scientific monographs, conference proceedings, scientific anthologies, publications covering various university events, informational catalogues, bulletins, forms and university periodicals. Publications, which are authored by pedagogues, scientists and researchers from all faculties and other constituents of the university, meet most of the demand for professional literature in Slovakia. Pre-press processing and press is realized in our printing department. The Publishing House collaborates with professional, educational and cultural organizations in Slovakia and abroad. Publications are available in bookstores located in buildings of individual faculties. The Publishing House offers also online services: the list of currently available publications with basic information about the titles can be found on the website of our Publishing House.
