Od 9. do 13. mája hostila Slovenská technická univerzita Staff Week. Hlavným cieľom podujatia bolo rozšíriť a posilniť spoluprácu s partnerskými inštitúciami, podeliť sa o skúsenosti s internacionalizáciou, podporiť nadväzovanie kontaktov a vytvoriť nové partnerstvá. Program sa taktiež sústredil na priority programu Erasmus+ na programové obdobie 2021-2027, ktorými sú ekológia, digitalizácia a inklúzia.
STU navštívilo 11 koordinátorov z rôznych krajín, aby sa podelili o overené postupy a nadviazali novú alebo prehĺbili existujúcu spoluprácu. Na Staff Weeku sa zúčastnili zástupcovia univerzít z Talianska, Francúzska, Slovinska , Poľska, Maďarska i Španielska.
Počas prvého dňa mali možnosť navštíviť niektoré z fakúlt STU, taktiež Nanotechnologické centrum, ktoré pôsobí v priestoroch Rektorátu STU, či dielňu Stuba Green Teamu. Na návštevníkoch zanechala hlboký dojem spolupráca študentov z rôznych fakúlt a celkové fungovanie Teamu. Zaujali ch taktiež priestory Fakulty architektúry a Dizajnu v podzemí či kaviareň Kolečko, ktorú vedú ľudia so zdravotným postihnutím.
Inklúzia ľudí so zdravotným alebo sociálnym znevýhodnením je jednou z priorít programu Erasmus+, preto bola hostkou utorkového workshopu o inklúzii aj p. Jurkovičová z Poradenského centra, ktorá priblížila jeho fungovanie na STU. Diskutovalo sa aj o tom, ako nastaviť program Erasmus+ v tejto oblasti a ako majú nastavené procesy v tejto oblasti univerzity, ktorých zástupcovia boli prítomní. Z brainstormingu medzi koordinátormi vzišli rôzne nápady. Ako zaujímavé sa javilo prepojenie inklúzie so zeleným cestovaním a mobilitou v mestách. Mnohé univerzity v Európe sú totiž plne bezbariérové, avšak samotné mestá, v ktorých sa nachádzajú, majú historické centrá, ktoré sú takmer nedostupné pre ľudí s obmedzenými možnosťami pohybu.
V utorok sa účastníci venovali aj tretej veľkej téme obdobia 2021-2027 - digitalizácii, ktorá trápi väčšinu európskych vzdelávacích inštitúcií. Útvar medzinárodných vzťahov predstavil v tejto súvislosti novo nastavené digitálne procesy a plány digitalizácie ďalších procesov súvisiacich s implementáciuou Erasmus+ mobilitných projektov.
Staff Week pokračoval na Materiálovotechnologickej fakulte v Trnave. Prehliadka fakulty bola spojená s návštevou akcelerátora a vedeckého parku MTF, neskôr aj coworkingového priestoru Nádvorie, kde účastníkov oboznámili s konceptom štipendijného programu, coworkingom a priestormi kultúrneho centra.
Okrem tradičných študijných a výskumných priestorov a programov v programe nechýbal FEI HUB a Univerzitný technologický inkubátor STU (InQb), kde koordinátorka Martina Mandáková odprezentovala schémy podpory startupov a úspešné študentské firmy. Štvrtok sa ďalej niesol na vlne internacionalizácie nielen v EÚ, ale aj mimo nej. Diskutovalo sa o možnosti vycestovania do tretích krajín nielen samostatne, ale aj v súvislosti s dlho pripravovaným projektom EULiST aliancie európskych univerzít, do ktorej je STU zapojená.
Týždeň Staff Weeku sa skončii odovzdaním certifikátov v príjemnej atmosfére. “Pobyt na pôde STU zhodnotili koordinátori veľmi pozitívne a ocenili dobrú organizáciu aj výskumné kapacity STU. Už teraz sa všetci tešíme na budúci ročník,” zhodnotila vedúca Útvaru medzinárodných vzťahov STU Lesana Zemanová.
