Slovenskej technickej univerzity v Bratislave
v súlade so Smernicou rektora č. 6/2014 – SR (Postdoktorandské výskumné pobyty na Slovenskej technickej univerzite v Bratislave) vyhlasuje súťaž na obsadenie postdoktorandských pracovných miest na nasledovné projekty:
1/ Inteligentný systém monitorovania zdravotného stavu pacienta s využitím „Internetu vecí“ (prof. Ing. František Uherek, PhD., Fakulta elektrotechniky a informatiky STU, frantisek.uherek[@]stuba.sk)
Globálnym cieľom projektov je najmä výskum a návrh metód neinvazívneho monitorovania srdca využitím inteligentných (SMART) systémov využívajúcich internet vecí, ktoré budú zabezpečovať prevenciu pred kardiovaskulárnymi chorobami na báze monitorovania signálu srdca a doplnkových meraní. V súvislosti s riešením navrhovanej témy dôjde k návrhu a príprave senzorickej platformy, na základe ktorej bude postavený prototyp a ďalej bude prebiehať návrh snímacích súčastí. Senzorická platforma bude postavená na anorganicko-organickom materiálovom základe, ktorý bude kombinovať ich výhody a tým sa dosiahne možnosť vytvorenia unikátneho senzorického prvku integrovateľného do senzorického systému. Dôležitou úlohou projektu je návrh a rozvoj metód využitia navrhovaných senzorických bodov na báze IoT technológie na ich zapájanie do meracej siete. Komunikačné rozhranie bude pripravené pre využitie v oblasti IoT technológií. Výskumný projekt má interdisciplinárny charakter a očakávajú sa vedomosti z oblasti elektroniky, fyziky a biológie.
2/ Elektrónová štruktúra biologicky aktívnych komplexov prechodných kovov (prof. Ing. Marián Valko, DrSc., Fakulta chemickej a potravinárskej technológie STU, marian.valko[@]stuba.sk)
Vysoký výskyt civilizačných ochorení súvisí so zvyšujúcou sa priemernou dĺžkou života. Okrem prevencie týchto ochorení je dôležité venovať náležitú pozornosť vývoju nových liečiv, ktoré by eliminovali, resp. potláčali negatívne symptómy takýchto ochorení. Cieľom projektu je štúdium vlastností potenciálnych viacfunkčných liečiv na báze komplexných zlúčenín redoxne aktívnych prechodných kovov s biologicky aktívnymi ligandami. Budeme využívať kvantovochemické modelovanie geometrie, elektrónovej štruktúry a z nej vyplývajúcich fyzikálnych a chemických vlastností molekúl za účelom identifikácie reakčných medziproduktov pri štúdiu mechanizmu pôsobenia skúmaných liečiv. Zameriame sa hlavne na objasnenie radikál-zhášajúcej, resp. antioxidačnej aktivity vybraných komplexných zlúčenín redoxne aktívnych prechodných kovov s biologicky aktívnymi ligandami. Od uchádzača sa vyžaduje znalosť práce so základným kvantovochemickým softvérom (napr. Gaussian, Turbomole) na DFT úrovni a skúsenosti s modelovaním komplexných zlúčenín prechodných kovov.
3/ Nízkoexergetické sálavé vykurovacie a chladiace systémy pre budovy s takmer nulovou potrebou energie (prof. Ing. Dušan Petráš, PhD., doc. Ing. Michal Krajčík, PhD., Stavebná fakulta STU, dusan.petras[@]stuba.sk, michal.krajcik[@]stuba.sk)
Problematika energetickej efektívnosti nízkoenergetických systémov na báze obnoviteľných zdrojov energie (OZE) pre budovy s takmer nulovou potrebou energie je jednou z najaktuálnejších úloh súčasného obdobia v celosvetovom meradle. Budovy spotrebúvajú viac ako 40 % primárnych zdrojov energie, a to práve prevádzkou ich technických systémov. Vychádzajúc z deklarovaných cieľov EÚ výrazne znížiť spotrebu energie, zvýšiť podiel OZE a zredukovať množstvo skleníkových plynov, je nevyhnutné pripraviť adekvátne technické riešenia. Tieto riešenia musia aplikovať najnovšie vedecké poznatky pre výpočet, návrh, ako aj prevádzku technických systémov pre budovy s takmer nulovou potrebou energie. Súčasne je nevyhnutná integrácia OZE do týchto systémov. Toto je možné dosiahnuť pomocou nízkoexergetického sálavého vykurovania a chladenia. Vďaka väčšej vykurovacej či chladiacej ploche v porovnaní s tradičnými konvenčnými systémami je povrchová teplota sálavých systémov blízka teplote vzduchu v priestore. Preto sú veľmi vhodné na kombináciu s nízkoteplotnými OZE na vykurovanie, resp. vysokoteplotnými zdrojmi energie na chladenie. Takýmito obnoviteľnými zdrojmi sú slnečná energia, geotermálna energia, či energia okolitého prostredia získaná s pomocou tepelných čerpadiel. Cieľom výskumu bude na základe analýzy súčasných trendov vo svete prispieť k vývoju technických riešení pre nízkoexergetické sálavé systémy vykurovania a chladenia. Pozornosť sa bude venovať veľkoplošným stenovým vykurovacím/chladiacim sústavám, na strane jednej eliminujúcim tepelné straty/zisky cez vonkajšie obvodové konštrukcie, na strane druhej odovzdávajúcim teplo/chlad do interiérov budov a tým zabezpečujúcim tepelnú pohodu pri optimálnej energetickej náročnosti.
4/ „Phase2phase” – platforma na výpočet mechanickej stability kryštálov z prvých princípov (dr hab. Mariana Derzsi, PhD., Materiálovotechnologická fakulta STU, mariana.derzsi[@]stuba.sk)
Cieľom projektu je vyvinutie počítačového náradia na výpočet fázových diagramov tuhých kryštalických látok z prvých princípov. Tento teoretický nástroj (resp. interface) bude zlučovať už existujúce kvantovo-mechanické programy na výpočet elektrónovej štruktúry a termodynamiky kryštalickej mriežky a jeho úlohou bude predpoveď stavových podmienok existencie danej kryštalickej fázy. Pôjde súčasne o nové výpočtové náradie na hľadanie neznámych kryštálových štruktúr a fáz pomocou kvantovo-mechanických prístupov. Úlohou vybraného postgraduálneho kandidáta bude vytvorenie základnej verzie platformy „Phase2phase” (v spolupráci s hosťujúcim teamom a jeho zahraničnými partnermi) a jej následná aplikácia na nové anorganické zlúčeniny s prechodnými kovmi s veľkým potenciálom ich využitia v elektronike a spintronike. Ideálny kandidát by mal mať PhD. z fyziky, chémie alebo počítačových vied, programátorské znalosti, základne skúsenosti s kvantovo-mechanickým modelovaním a predovšetkým nadšenie pre kreatívnu interdisciplinárnu vedeckú činnosť. Úspešný kandidát bude súčasťou novovznikajúceho mladého teamu zameraného na prediktívne modelovanie nových funkčných materiálov s priamou náväznosťou na ich experimentálny vývoj na Ústave výskumu progresívnych technológii MTF STU a u zahraničných partnerov. 5/ Monitoring liečiv, drog a mikropolymérov v životnom prostredí na Slovensku a ich účinný spôsob odstránenia (doc. Ing. Tomáš Mackuľák, PhD., Fakulta chemickej a potravinárskej technológie STU, tomas.mackulak[@]stuba.sk)
Problematika vysokej spotreby plastov sa negatívne odráža na ich výskyte v jednotlivých zložkách životného prostredia. Podobne ako mikropolutanty (drogy, liečivá, hormóny či pesticidy) sa aj mikroplasty stávajú v súčasnosti intenzívne skúmaným znečistením životného prostredia aj na Slovensku. Preto je snahou environmentálnej chémie skúmať ich výskyt, ich prienik či správanie sa v rôznych zložkách životného prostredia. Hlavným výskumným cieľom projektu je identifikácia vybraných pesticídov, liečiv, drog a tiež mikroplastov na území povodia rieky Váh. Preto sa budú intenzívne analyzovať aj čistiarne odpadových vôd ako potenciálny zdroj tohto znečistenia. Ďalším z cieľov projektu je zadefinovanie spotreby drog a liečiv vo vybraných mestách pomocou pokročilých analytických metód. Takéto inovatívne postupy ponúkajú identifikáciu možných užívateľov aj nových typov drog a ich prekurzorov, ktoré nemusia byť odhalené políciou či zdravotníckymi zariadeniami. Za týmto účelom bude realizovaný aj detekčný systém schopný upozorniť na možnú nelegálnu výrobu drog či identifikovať možné znečistenie napr. pitného zdroja. Získané výsledky z analýz výskytu mikropolutantov a mikroplastov z povrchových a pitných vôd budú pre verejnosť dostupné vo forme interaktívnej mapy. Posledným, ale nemenej dôležitým cieľom projektu bude testovanie inovatívnych postupov (membránové technológie, nanomateriály, ozonizácia atd), schopný účinné odstraňovať mikroplasty a mikropolutanty z rôznych typov vôd na Slovensku.
