She is a significant character in the field of protection and restoration of architectural heritage in Slovakia working at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. She worked at The Faculty of Architecture until 2017 where she was focusing on the issue of monuments restoration and cultural sustainability currently working at the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
She is the co-founder of the Department of Monuments Restoration of the former Faculty of Architecture in Bratislava which represented the only workplace in the Slovak Republic dealing with the issues of architectural designs in the heritage-protected areas in the 1990s. Based on her knowledge of the given problem, she has been elected as the chairperson of a temporary working group for the restoration of national cultural monuments in the resort of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic. In 2019, this group created a Memorandum on the restoration and management of significant national cultural monuments owned by the Slovak Republic, which calls for the establishment of an interdisciplinary educational program in the field of monument restoration.
